A read recently about a utility called SubInAcl. This is a Microsoft utility which you can get from the Microsoft download center . Jeffrey Hicks did a article on it in the latest Redmond Magazine .

SubInAcl is a great tool, I use it all the time to script owenership of file after they have been copied from my old domain (the evil NT) to the newer 2003 domain. Keep in mind that it must run from a server, you will get syntax error (and other error) if you try and run it from XP, even if the syntax is correct.
