    Keith,

Sorry I linked the wrong article on the last comment. All I had to do was:

Add MSExchangeSA to DependOnService at HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS

As easy and strange as that was, after my restart, everything worked fine.

On another note, I have a possible topic for discussion. I have a colleague of mine that I have known for years. He works at a very profitable private company (which I would prefer to remain nameless). He is their sole Network Administrator. As far as I know about the network, they have around 120 PCs and 4 servers. He is a very well educated person and has a great work ethic.

The big problem I have is that the company puts 100% trust in him for their technology needs. In other words, they don’t know or want to be bothered by anything technology. Therefore, this person has an open checkbook when it comes to their technology. He spends and spends lots of money on the latest and greatest technology just because: 1. he can, 2. he wants to have bragging rights of having the best of everything, and 3. he learns all the technology that way. He convinces them they “need” something and they give him the OK. For instance, the janitor has a Blackberry, a laptop, and an air card. WHY?!? I won’t even begin to tell you what else he buys but lets just say he could buy a house in Beverly Hills every year with the money he spends there.

Morally I think this is wrong and this is not something I would do. However in your experience, have you ever known someone like this? Also if you were in the situation where you could buy anything you want, would you be tempted to splurge?
