We have talked in the past episodes about backing things up to hard disk. Well Seagate seems to have a drive “DAVE” (digital audio video experience) that can do all that and more. But if your not going to let it become dormit make sure you back it up to something else.

I wish the UK would let me purchase a legal copy of the first season.

The IT Crowd is a comedy about an IT department for a company in the UK.
The problem is that the UK has some law that does not allow people in other countries to download their TV shows. So I have mostly been able to view the first season by searching you-tube and other such sites.

I am curious about Motorola’s purchase of Netopia and Symbol. But I am even more excited about their initiative to recycle cell phones. It also can be used as a fund raiser for your school. So check it out and let me know how it goes. I know I have a few old cell phones around my house.

I am interested in what people think about not only this report but the whole project. I have come to question not the founding princable that started this project, but rather where it will really endup. For instance will it become commercial. I think if I could sell millions of an item I produce, say chips, I could do that at or near cost just to increase my market share.

For every good result you can list, can you also see a negative result. Will the final good out weigh the bad?
